We’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping, exchanges, and returns.

Shipping Time:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging take 2-4 days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days. Please note that during busy holidays like Christmas, shipping may take longer. We guarantee delivery, not arrival dates. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by USPS.

Exchanges & Returns:

  • Conditions for Exchange/Return:

    • Wrong item received (color, size, or model) – evidence needed.
    • Damaged product upon arrival – evidence needed.
    • Extremely poor quality – evidence needed.
    • Lapsed estimated time of arrival.

    Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t entered the printing process. Once printing begins, cancellations are at the discretion of Lo Nuestro Apparel Co.

Received Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, email us within 14 days at info@lonuestroapparelco.com. We cannot assist after this period or if the item has been worn or used. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
